Good stay

The kitchen has VERY limited supplies. We’ve stayed at MANY VRBO’s all with way more kitchen supplies then offered here. It’s basically a hotel. Zero seasonings, oil, cooking spray etc. not even coffee. Again basically a hotel. Great location and be sure to take the boat shuttle to the private brach. Very chill and low key

Wedding in Destin

Emerald Grand is a fabulous property. Clean, beautiful views and great staff! Close to local restaurants and shops on the harbor. The room was spacious and comfortable for the time we spent there. I would highly recommend this location to stay in Destin.

Stinky and dirty carpets in all rooms. Non working and or broken fixtures. Wornout and tacky furniture. Front desk was not prepared and were not notified of our arrival. Front desk staff not cooperative. Had to contact Real Joy for everything and they were hard to reach on the phone. Location and view is great.

The unit is beautiful, the location fabulous, the view terrific. Beds very comfortable. Ample towels.Lighting needs improvement - too few lamps and lights in every room. Kitchen needs more of everything - we were promised a Keurig, not one. Not enough big serving bowls or dishes. Jar openers. Wifi was pretty useless.
