Perfect getaway with friends

This is the perfect property in every way.... location, gorgeous unit with exceptional views, great accommodations for 4 couples with king beds/baths. We cannot rave about this more. Would definitely stay here again!!

Girls beach trip.

Everything was great. We loved the unit but, the patio furniture wasn’t great. Needed a table of some sort. Very good area. The chairs in the pool were very hard and uncomfortable. We had to buy cushions otherwise we wouldn’t be able to lay in the chairs.

Beautiful roomy condo! We appreciated the two umbrellas and four chairs that were included with our rental. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The door upstairs that looked like roof access made us a little uncomfortable. Especially when we could hear workers talking on the other side.

Best Place in Destin

This home couldn't be more perfect. This penthouse condo sits right on the beach with amazing views from the lst floor to the 2nd floor. There was more than enough space for 6 people to comfortably hang out together. This home is perfectly described in the listing and more. We will definitely return in 2022.

Unit 703 is Awesome! It was well appointed with everything one might need.

The overall rental experience was good. I wish we had known about the renovations because the workers woke us up every morning working. Also, the restaurant had moved, and there was no place on site for drinks or food. There are places close by within walking distance which is nice. The check in process was great, but I felt communication could have been better prior to arrival. The day we arrived, the front desk did their best to address feedback and listened well which we very much appreciated. The manager also called to address everything as well the morning of the arrival which was great.

Disappointed with management

The unit is beautiful. Amazing Gulf views! Not stocked with essentials though, so bring everything (beach towels, spices, cooking essentials, hair dryers). The biggest disappointment was that there was major construction on the property in addition to pressure washing and lots of loud noise. We had to walk through the construction to get to the beach/pool. Pool and hot tub not clean. We were only given a 5 day notice about construction so no chance to cancel or even a discount applied to our stay. Management was not even apologetic. I’m sure it will be great once all improvements are complete on the property.
