Wonderful mini vaca with my adult kids!

Jade East is one of my favorite condos in Destin. You can’t beat the location! This condo was great and met all of our needs. Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! Kids want to book the same one in October!

Senior trip foŕ son with famìly

We came to Destin for a week of sun for our oldest sons senior trip with family. It did not disappoint! The condo was amazing! We were up in the morning with toes in the sand. We were close to everything and were more than happy!

Great beach holiday stay

This was the perfect place to spend Christmas! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Clean, comfortable and a breathtaking view.

Great Condo, will definitely book again

Great location, beautiful view!!! My mother is elderly and she loved that the beach access was only a short distance. Condo was clean and had great space.

Awesome view and location

We had an awesome vacation! The condo was spacious with the best beach views! I would definitely recommend this place. The property amenities were great and well maintained. The condo was clean, but in need of some minor repairs, including the baseboards in the kitchen and the rust stains in one of the bathrooms. The size of this unit with the three bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and the washer and dryer, made it perfect for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Jade East! The condo was as pictured. The ease of getting to the beach was great! The beach absolutely beautiful! Beds were super comfortable! The condo could use more dishes!

Property was most super clean and well kept. Views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was the poor wifi connection. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Beautiful condo. Loved the location.

We loved our stay. The only thing I could suggest is that there were no baking sheets or potholders in the kitchen. Everything else was perfect.

2024 Fall beach trip

Condo was clean & the location was good. The only issue we had was that the living room furniture was not comfortable & needs to be updated. The washing machine sounds rough & probably needs to be replaced also. The beds were comfortable.

Bach trip

Used for my Bach trip and had plenty of room! Close to restaurants don’t was easy to go out. Only issue we had was that there was sand in the sheets and they just made the bed over the sandy sheets, that was an easy fix though!

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good. It is close to restaurants & shopping. Beach access was very easy .The beds & pillows were very comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved on. The living room furniture was not very comfortable & it would have been nice to have better balcony furniture. We couldn't get the t.v. to work in the master bedroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but there were no baking sheets, only 1 dish towel & no pot holders. The washing machine sounded rough when we used it.

The beds are not comfortable, it was not cleaned well or stocked. They didn’t leave paper towels or soaps but were quick to get them to us. Someone pooped in the hallway (not us) and it took them 24 hours to clean up. The rest wasn’t bad and we enjoyed our stay. Will find a new condo next time though!

Beautiful Views!

You cant beat the view from the balcony! We even saw dolphins one morning. Good location, close drive to restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the pool! The building was quiet, couldn’t hear your neighbors through the walls. Would have liked some beach accessories, such as chairs/umbrellas and maybe even some kids toys for people who fly in and don’t want to spend the extra money to rent chairs. The kitchen was stocked bare minimum, only one pan to cook with. Small details make a big difference, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week! Thanks for sharing your space!

Good spot, roomy, read on for more

The property itself was great. Location is perfect- restaurants, beach access, the Track, etc. Here are some good things to know: It ain’t fancy. In 2002 when the couch was new and all that- it was probably top of the line. Fridge really is not cold at all upon arrival. It really does take a long time to cool down. The king bed was great- other rooms were just okay. The springs in the couch are uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a lot of time on the couch. The TVs didn’t have the right cable box so only the one in living room and one bedroom worked. We brought a fire stick luckily so that was handy! As for dishes… they have pots and pans and glass stuff. Bowel, colander, coffee pot, toaster, blender, a few Tupperware things and a big pitcher. Salt and pepper. There are a couple of cutting boards. Plenty of plates, coffee cups, utensils, etc. No dish towels or pot holders but we made do. We took extra: trash bags, seasonings, toilet paper. Dish soap. Close the doors to the bedroom that has laundry when it hits the spin cycle- it’s real loud but didn’t bother us. It was a great place we would 100% stay again. I just had it in my head that we would list what they have so other people would have a heads up.

Beautiful Destin

Location was great. Beds comfy. Quick response to kitchen sink blockage. Needs some kitchen updates for sure. Several sluggish drains reported and they are fixing. Excellent, kind repairman!
