Clean, convenient, and great property amenities

The property is the best location! The only comments I have are more of suggestions rather than complaints. The mattress are a little older, but we all slept decent on them. The living room area needs more seating, we had 5 adults in the condo and we did not have enough seating and had to use a dining room chair that wasn’t as comfortable. The condo is older, but clean and very well taken care of. I loved everything about the property. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and definitely want to rent again, even the same condo!

Best Condo Around

My friends and family loved staying here. It was super clean and had a great view of the Gulf! Besides seeing dolphins every morning, we had both the sunset and sunrise view from the patio/bedroom. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

The property itself was as advertised. The only issue was a light in one of the bathrooms that was hanging from the ceiling. The beach was great, the pool was nice. The hot tub only worked 1/2 the time we were tried to text the property manager and got no response…but other than that, we had a great stay!

August Weekend Stay

We stayed in Jade East 320 for a weekend this August. Check in was a breeze through the app and the call center was responsive to our needs. Cleaning (floors) could be better and there are a couple of minor maintenance issues management should look at. The location is stellar with easy access to shopping and restaurants, and of course the beach is just steps away! We'll book another (longer) stay soon.

We would stay here again

The only thing I would change about this stay is the cleanliness! Our socks were black everyday from the floor and that kind of grossed us out. Other than that, the location is perfect, we had everything we needed, and the views were amazing!

11th Annual Girls Trip

Perfect condo that slept 10 girls comfortably. No bunks which was a plus for our group. Condo was clean and description was precise. We would definitely stay again if it’s available next year! PS - Bring a pizza slicer and coffee filters for the coffee pot (not a keurig).

Our New Favorite Condo

First impressions go a long way and I was pleasantly surprised with this condo. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions, private beach access, and the condo was the perfect size for my family. There were some minor issues but they were addressed. My family and I loved this place, it was 8 of us and at no time did we ever fell cramped or like we were on top of each other with no space. We definitely try and stay here again if we can, we loved it!

Destin Weekend

Location was perfect and condo was great. The cleaning crew made us wait 30 minutes to get in but management took care of us for it. Floor made your feet dirty and there are a couple of minor maintenance issues that need looked at. Otherwise, it is a wonderful condo we will stay at again!

Nice, could improve

It was a nice condo. It needs an upgrade and deep clean. The air didnt work when we go there, but management was quick to send someone out. The fridge 48 hrs to actually get cold. Floors were not moped. Kitchen has limited furnishings. Overall, it was ok and convenient to town.tactually

Love it

The Good: PERFECT LOCATION! You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Right in the beach and close to everything. The condo was beautiful, typical beach furniture but still beautiful. The rooms were nice and the layout was great! For us to have 8 ppl in our party we were not on top of each other because it was so spacious. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. The Bad: The condo wasn’t that cleaned. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned well and the master bathroom had mold in the shower. The King bed in the master bedroom is so uncomfortable and HARD. We didn’t have “10” wrist bands but we had 8 and since there were 8 of us it worked out. Overall: We loved it! Staff communication was great and my family loved it!
