Family Beach Trip

Doctor’s Orders Destin was a prescription for a great time for our family of 19. The house was spacious, well furnished andequipped to handle all our needs. The location was great we could walk to the community pool, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, and the golf cart provided transportation to the nearby beautiful beach.Franni and Ken were wonderful hosts!They provided very specific information regarding the house, the community and surrounding area.They responded quickly to the few inquiries we had.We definitely would recommend staying atDoctor’s Orders Destin!

4th of July

We arrived to an immaculate home well taken care and beautifully decorated. From vaulted ceilings to center staircase, the house had the warm family home feel. Kitchen well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. The guest house was a nice added touch. Completely stocked with kitchen, washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, it made a great place for kids to nap during the day. Golf carts were in great shape as well and convenience of a pool down the street was nice. Outdoor kitchen and patios made for some relaxing evenings and the game room upstairs for the kids was fun. Thanks to the owners who were very attentive and easy to get hold of for quick questions or just to share a good picture of the family with. We had a great time!

Awesome Property and Hosts!

This property is not only just as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures on the listing, but Franni is a wonderful host. She and Ken were very responsive and timely to any messages we sent with questions from day 1. When their post says the kitchen is “fully equipped” with everything you may need, it’s no overstatement. It literally has everything you may need, such as a blender, mixer, crockpot, waffle iron, double oven (pleasantly surprised), lots of pots and pans and baking/serving dishes, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, two large refrigerators and two smaller ones, and the list goes on. It even comes with a large low country boil pot! You will also have PLENTY of bath towels and wash cloths. The beds, including the bunk beds are very comfortable. We had a family reunion there and there wasn’t one complaint from ANYONE. Lots of parking space in the driveways, a nice outdoor grill with table and seating and a nice backyard that provided a beautiful setting for our family pictures! You will not be disappointed with this property! If we Take a trip again to Destin (and I hope so) we will definitely book this property again! Thanks Franni for your excellence in hosting!

Beach Getaway

This gorgeous home is even prettier in person. Spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom. As we were traveling with different generations, there was something for everyone. A large heated pool, basketball and tennis court, spa, two golf carts, fully stocked kitchen, guest house, and of course, the beach. Recommend!
