The furnishings need replacing. All appliances are rusting and coming apart all over the floor. Needs painting all over. For the price it was not worth it

prison cell

room 303 was an absolute disgusting safety hazard. this place would not pass any safety or cleanliness inspection. furniture was literally falling apart. bottom of top bunk had a pcs of ripped cardboard for support. alerted pelican beach property manager and red awning immediately upon arrival. we were given the run around hours on end asking for us to document all the issues as if we were there auditors. asking for someone to come to property so we could show and discuss in person- no one showed just kept passing us along to the next person. slept 4 kids in one king size bed first night. parents slept on pull out iron slats. this place should not be rentable. situation did end up getting corrected the following afternoon no thanks to red awning- very unresponsive- like talking to a robot on text. pelican beach managment moved us to another room in the terrace that was much better. property manager at pelican beach was never reachable and unresponsive to messages.
