This bright open condo overlooks the lake and has new kitchen appliances. This one bedroom has a Queen bed, and the living room has a queen couch fold out and one futon for extra sleeping areas. The kitchen has seating for four and there is a table overlooking the lake to enjoy breakfast & coffee to start your day!

This condo is located on the 2nd floor (sorry, no elevators at this property) and there is no balcony, but the windows do overlook the lake. Hi-speed Wi-Fi, Key-pad entry lock, no contact check-in. Detailed info and instructions will be provided the day of check-in after housekeeping is finished sanitizing and cleaning the condo.

Kitchen has a new Keurig with coffee and condiments and everything you need to make your own gourmet meals after a long day on the beach. Parking passes are in the condo. Please fill out and return the attached portion to the HOA building (after hours box) located by the tennis court & pool at the back entrance off airport road.

There is beach access at The Back Porch Restaurant, 1740 Scenic HWY 98, if you would like to walk (.08 mile walk).
Henderson Beach State Park is located at 1700 Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin. The Cost is $6.00 per vehicle (2-8 per vehicle). There is also beach access by Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach #49, 2375 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach.
