Perfect location

We recently stayed a week and have been dreaming of going back ever since. Location is quiet, but close to everything. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home and there are several great restaurants in walking distance. Private beach access and beautiful sunset views are steps away. Host is just wonderful to work with.

Wonderful place!

We had a delightful stay. We had run low on supplies and the host was the most responsive host I’ve had and ordered what we needed and had it delivered to the house the same day. The house was very clean and easy to find, easy access to the beach, and a BEAUTIFUL home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Fantastic location just 50 yards from the beach entrance. House was spacious for our family of 5. The host also has all of the beach gear you need conveniently stored in the garage with plenty of room to store our bikes as well. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

The Best Destin Rental!

Marina was an excellent host. She makes sure she does everything she can to make sure you know exactly what to expect before during and after your trip. The house was exactly as pictured and in a great location. It is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner there- there were plenty of good knives and cooking gadgets. We reached out to Marina once and she responded so promptly. She also sent a text with fun things to do in our trip. She is a classy concierge, and her property shows a sincere love and care for the travelers that she shares it with. Do not hesitate to book this rental. It will be the easiest choice that you make to enjoy a beautiful vacation!

The Best Place for Alllllll Ages in the Family!!

This place was so great! You are literally a 2 min walk from the beach, and a 45 second walk from the pool. The host is sooo communicative and kind and just oh so on top of everything. We had such a fun time and we had age ranges from 2 years to 60 years old. The place is spacious and comes with so much included. They provided us with all the kitchen essentials and then some, and also the beach gear the place came with was amazing. We didn’t even need to bring what we brought because the host had everything covered. The home was close to all the Destin fun spots but also far enough to not be stuck in the middle of the vacation chaos. We would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the amazing family experience this home provided!!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

This was truly the best vacation rental property I’ve ever booked. The home was exactly as described. It was a really quick walk to the beach and pool area. When I say everything we needed I mean it! Every beach item we needed was there along with a wagon to transport the items. Even big beach towels not the small cheap one. I love coffee and there were Kcups available in the kitchen and the wet bar in the master bedroom. The home was decorated nicely and was very comfortable for everyone. There were even games and puzzles available for the kids. There was an issue with the freezer and the host responded immediately and even reimbursed me for a few food items. The host provided daily updates which was great. I only have great things to say about this property. I will definitely book again when traveling to the area with my family. We had a large group of ten ranging from the 2 adults, a few teenagers, a seven and four year old. We had space to spread out and get comfy in our own lil space. AWESOME VACATION….Best Vacation Rental Ever!

Just pack your clothes and move in!! EVERYTHING else is there for your vacation!

We booked this property for a family vacation with our two adult daughters and their families. We had four of our grandchildren with us, aged 12, 11, 7 & 1. The older kids were thrilled with their "kid's room". Plenty of room and 4 very comfortable bunk beds. The listing said infant & toddler supplies were provided. We were very impressed with those. Great quality highchair, pack n play and dishes. Safety gates were to be provided as well. We expected the portable type that you moved from door to door manually, but were very impressed by the mounted gates that were installed directly to the wall at the stairs. It was an added bonus to have all the beach supplies/toys provided, along with the very short walk to the beach. This property was literally like walking into a home away from home with all the "extras" in the kitchen that aren't normally included in rentals. Every kitchen gadget you can imagine was there...crockpots, blender, chef's quality knives for food prep, wine bottle supplies, coffeepot & k-cup brewers, spices and other dry goods. All of these items were high quality brand name equipment. All you have to do is pack your clothes and medications! This home had EVERYTHING else you would need to stay for a week or even a month!! Will definitely go back and will be referring this property to anyone who mentions going to Destin on vacation.

The stay was perfect! Came to celebrate our 10 anniversary and everything thing was perfect. There was constant communication, all the codes worked with no issues, and all the amenities came in handy (beach supplies, chairs, etc.) The house was beautiful and very family friendly. Clean inside and out with 2 comfy balconies. Will definitely be coming back with our kids next time. 10/10 experience!

THE BEST PLACE to STAY

My family absolutely LOVED this PLACE. We loved it so much that we extended our vacation the first day we were there! The condo was VERY CLEAN and had EVERYTHING you would NEED! They even had 2 wagons, tons of chairs, sand toys, ice chests and everything you would need to take to the beach. The beach was so close to condo, it literally took only about 2-3 minutes to walk to it. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We will definitely rebook.

Great Destin Beach Rental! So close to beach!

We loved this place! It’s got to be the best beach stay we’ve ever experienced! It was so close to the beach and close to everything in Destin. The place was clean, beautifully appointed and stocked with so many amenities. Marina made us feel right at home. We loved walking the paths and going to the restaurant nearby. So convenient to everything. It was peaceful and such a relaxing stay. Perfect for couples or families. Loved the high speed internet for work and all the balconies and living spaces inside and out. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying at this beautiful beach home! It was so clean comfortable and just steps to the beach which was important for us. Marina thought of every detail to make us feel at home, from the toiletries to the beach supplies. We were so impressed by the location, and all that was available to enjoy! We’ll definitely be coming back. It’s perfect for couples to families of all ages to enjoy the beach and surrounding attractions in Destin. We loved walking to the restaurant nearby and walking at night after dinner. Very peaceful and beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay so much! Best Vacation Home in Destin

We have been going to Destin for fifteen years and Beach Pointe 401 was our favorite! Such a beautiful town home and so close to the beach. Marina was so responsive. The townhome was so clean and the decor was beautiful! So many beach items to use in the garage such as a wagon, umbrellas and chairs and they were all new. The kitchen had everything you would ever need if you like to cook on vacation. I believe Marina thought of everything someone would need. All appliances were new. To top it off there were snacks in a snack bin to have. If your looking for a beautiful, clean and very affordable place to stay in Destin, I highly recommend Beach Pointe 401.

Family Vacay

We had an amazing week at the beach thanks to this wonderful townhouse and it’s owner. Marina was attentive, communicative, and kind. The townhouse had everything we needed: from kitchenware to beach items. It made things so easy! The walk to the beach took about a minute, which was easier than any large condo we have stayed at. The beach isn’t too crowded, and the water was lovely. The townhouse looks likes it’s pictures, which is spotless and updated. Sad to hear the HOA won’t allow dogs starting in September, because we would absolutely stay here again. Of course we will still come back, but will miss the convenience of bringing our dog. Thanks for a wonderful and perfect beach trip!
