Just perfect

The location was great, just a short walk to the white sandy beach, the gate code works fine and the chair/umbrella service was lovely. We rented SUPs one day, rode the beach cruisers another day, walked the beach every day and had fun big family dinners every night. The green egg was a hit for grilling and the pool table was a hit for after dinner fun. All bedrooms were nice and comfortable but the master suite was luxurious with the veranda and views of the beach. The location was also a short walk to Lone Wolf for some great pizza and some of the shopping centers. Would highly recommend for your next gathering.

JUST DON"T

I've never written a bad review, but I feel people deserve a warning on this property. The positives: Nice location and private beach. The negatives: When we arrived all the sliding doors were open. Not just unlocked, wide open. Once I closed the doors I understood why. This home clearly has a moisture problem. It has a very strong musty smell and mold is visible on bathroom and 1st floor walls. The sofas on the first floor were not the ones pictured in the vrbo listing. They looked like they had been picked up off the side of the road. We covered them with sheets to make do, but decided to abandon the 1st floor all together after killing the 5th roach within hours of arrival. The management company sent someone to clean the sofa even though I told them there was no saving it. So, we ended up with a soaking wet disgusting sofa along with the inconvenience of waiting 2 hours for maintenance to arrive. The kitchen was nice, but the icemaker and wine chiller do not work. The codes given for the beach and pool did not work. Management sent someone unannounced to spray for roaches. I suppose watching them emerge in droves from the owners closet provided some entertainment for the kids. Total roach count at departure: 13

Great location and very clean inside.

Property is in great proximity to the beach which wasn’t overcrowded. It was very clean and well stocked. The pool deck wasn’t tidy and as clean as it could be (and if you’re taking pets, be aware one side of the gate/fence is not enclosed and pets can get out). The only need for significant improvement was the smell of a musty odor in the house but that may be from the dampness of the oceanside. The agency was very helpful and kind with every point of contact.

Perfect size and wonderful view

We had 18 people and there was plenty of room and the view was amazing. Gated community and it was a perfect set up for our group. Beach access was very close as well.
