Beautiful home and spectacular view

The patio and ocean view are amazing. Very spacious, comfortable patio, living and dining room seating. Beds were quite firm, which our group found uncomfortable.

The condo was much nicer in person than it is in the photos. The location is perfect and the ocean views from the 10th floor were amazing! Everything from check in to check out was seamless. I will 100% rent this place again.

Beautiful home

This was our favorite home in Destin! We’ve been a few times before, but I will definitely book this one again! The home is beautiful, updated decor ( I believe they have updated since pictures were taken and everything was even better than we expected)! Plenty of space for 7 of us. Great distance from beach, shopping, harbor and anything else we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with what we would need. Plenty of linens for bed and bath. Great view from balcony. Pool was wonderful too. Loved our week in Destin!

Beautiful Property!

We loved this property, I would most certainly book it again in the future. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. It was beautifully decorated. The furniture on the balcony was perfect for spending evenings on while watching the Gulf. We did have an issue with the air conditioning when we first got there, but you can't fault the owners for that some things just happen, I will say the management handled everything perfectly. They were very friendly and worked to get everything fixed as fast as possible and they made the stay worth our while! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful location!

Seafood and Relaxation

My wife, I and old friends (we've known them a long time and yes they are seniors) spent three fun days planning our dinner visits without having to wait for two hours to eat and feasted on wonderful gulf seafood. Our days were spent in luxurious accommodations playing cards and games after leisure breakfast trips to a host of fine restaurants. Occasionally we ventured out to admire the beach and surrounding vistas. It was a great way to enjoy Destin. We've been there many times before with our children enjoying the wonderful beach, playing mini golf, zooming around go kart tracts and hearing mommy, daddy watch this! Yes, Destin has a different side and we loved it!!! Thank You!!

Awesome property

Property was just as pictured. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach equipment. The view is amazing and we loved waking up to it! I Would definitely stay here again and be sure recommend this condo to family and friends!😀

Beautiful but maintenance issues not addressed

Location was perfect - close to beach, view from balcony (high enough to see beach) and beautiful breeze on balcony, well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook, quiet except for the daytime due to the outside weatherproofing work which was quite loud. Reason for 3 stars-several maintenance issues were reported on Sunday but never fixed by the time we left on Saturday ( dryer did not work, bathroom outlets did not work, one dining room chair broken, carbon monoxide detector on counter with batteries out, and sink clogged). I checked on ticket ( especially for the dryer but was told no update on ticket someone would reach out, never heard from anyone regarding the ticket). A previous renter had left a note with some of the issues, so they have been going on for awhile.

Ocean View

The view of the Destin Harbor was magnificent. The condo decor was nice. The property advertised a jacuzzi but there was not an electrical connection for the jets which was disappointing. The hall bathroom tub was resurfaced/refurbished and started to peel when one of my guests took a bath. The oven did not work. It flashed an error message. The property manager and a maintenance person did come up and check out both issues. The issues were not resolved before I left. The owner agreed to credit back a night's stay. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with and do not feel I was compensated enough for the inconvenience.
