The Space:
*This home is part of our Crab Island Breeze collection, a curated group of coastal homes on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida—designed for easy, connected vacation living. Each home is just a short walk to the beach and within close proximity to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, making it effortless to enjoy boating, dining, and waterfront activities.
Together, these homes create a walkable, neighborhood-style experience where families and groups can stay near each other while enjoying private accommodations, all in one of Destin’s most sought-after locations known for its beaches, harbor access, and laid-back coastal charm.*
The space
The two-story home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests. On the first floor, two king bedrooms each feature a private en suite bathroom. Two bunk rooms are also located on this level - one with a queen over queen bunk, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle, and another with two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Two additional full bathrooms serve the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with a king bedroom that uses a nearby hall bathroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping options.
Indoor living & entertainment
The upper-level living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and a large TV for shared downtime. Downstairs, a custom 1,100 square foot game room creates a dedicated space for play and relaxation, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace support comfort throughout the year, while a washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen connects seamlessly to a dining area with a large table, making group meals easy to plan and enjoy together. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and shared dining without needing to leave the home.
Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the private pool, or settle into balcony seating overlooking the Gulf. Beach essentials are provided for added convenience. Free parking on the premises and a private entrance simplify arrivals and departures.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
