RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet.

Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents.

Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs. Great family landing spot

The condo has gorgeous views, plenty of space, and very convenient. It was thoughtfully furnished with little things that made it feel more like home (like a pantry area, plenty of seating, etc). And alllll the hooks in the bathrooms (brilliant). Great property and amenities. Definitely recommend.

The stay at Todd’s condominium was absolutely incredible. We were originally scheduled to stay at the Sundestin resort but we chose not to stay there because of the ongoing construction. We had everything we needed and more at Todd’s place. The view was absolutely beautiful. The weather could not have been any better. We were within walking distance of many restaurants including Waffle House which we loved.My daughter got married on the Solaris yacht last Saturday May 31st, 2025 and It was absolutely incredible.We will definitely be back. This Emerald Towers Condominium was so stunning. We rented chairs on the beach and relaxed and listened to music. We sat on the deck it was such an amazing week. I highly recommend this condominium.

Excellent stay

We’ve been going to emerald towers for 10+ years now. however, our family has grown over the years so this is the first time staying at this particular condo. & it was lovely. Space was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views of course did not disappoint. The hosts were excellent with sending check in instructions well ahead of our stay and quickly answered any questions we had :) 10/10 would happily stay here again

Property is right on the beach, ocean front, which is important to us. Clean unit that included towels, soaps, paper towels, etc. Great when traveling. Interior is in top shape. Nice pool area. Beautiful private beach. Gated parking. Front desk if needed. Keyless entry. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts! Thanks.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing we were not pleased with was the cleaning crew had not cleaned prior to us arriving. They did show up at about 3:45 and cleaned the condo in about 19 minutes, as we waited outside.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures were exactly what they said they were. I loved all the closet space. I was able to have all my clothes in the bathroom and get ready in there which was great given I’m the mom and never get privacy. I also loved the abundance of hooks in each bathroom. It’s the little things that make a big difference. The location was ok. It was always really busy and hectic getting in and out but not really bad depending the week you go. We went the last week in May. It was located to many things so we walked to those places. And you could walk more we just chose to drive mostly. We’d stay again for sure. 👍

Emerald Towers Beach

The condo was perfect, but you are not allowed your own beach chairs on the beach you either have to sit behind the rented chairs or off to the side. The "attendant" asked if we were with those people - pointing to empty chairs??? We weren't rude by sitting in front of people - we sat along the edge of the water where no one was sitting and were still told we had to move. None of the other properties around us had this "rule".

Vacation: could use some updates and repairs

The view was great. Could use some updates: The ice maker did not work, leaked water and the ice maker in the freezer did not work also The fans in the bedrooms made loud noise and was supported by a piece of cardboard The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close, barely used it. The toilet in the guest bathroom leaked There was a hole in the ceiling in the master bedroom These things were reported to the front desk but no one came look at the issues The security guard was ridiculous I have been to numerous places in Destin and I have never been told I can’t have a can beverage near the pool The chair service was ok. We were on the second row and never got to the first row. Not sure why because the front row people barley utilized their chairs (owners)

Great family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family! Check in was easy and I liked that it was gated for extra security. The pool was a nice afternoon hangout and our daytime was spent at the beach which was super close and convenient! Heads up if you want to rent chairs, you may not get front row which was a little bit of a bummer but no one’s fault! We also went on a holiday week so may have just been busy! Overall great and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location, great views!

We loved our stay! Location, location, location! The place is in the middle of everything! Only things that were disappointing were the “spare” bedroom bed squeaked every time you moved and the other is the washer dryer are very very small. Did not let these things deter us though!
