Great location

Pros: The house has a lot of space and is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. The golf cart is a great addition and came in very handy. The kids enjoyed using the paddle boards. Cons: The house is showing lots of wear. Paint peeling and lots of cosmetic repairs needed. Toilets on the second floor didn't flush well and were constantly running. The running of the toilets is very loud and was heard throughout the night. There is no Wifi in the pool house at all. This was very inconvenient for the guests staying there. The living room only had one fan light so it was very dark after the sun went down. There were no extra linens/blankets/pillows for the pull out couch in the pool house. Overall we had a great vacation. With these minor fixes the house would be a 5 out of 5.
