The only reason this got a 4 instead of a 3 was due to the location. This property while clean and close to the beach is lacking. The appliances and cookware are all old and need replaced, only half the gas grill worked, the washer/dryer are all rusted and the dryer only worked on medium heat. We were given one kitchen towel but nothing else in kitchen, no washcloths or hot pads could be found. They ask that you not use the bedding as blankets (totally understand) in the living room but no other blankets available. The outdoor patio table was rusted over and dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, we did use the other chairs which were fine. The beach access is fantastic and within walking distance, we didn’t use any of the other amenities, within driving distance to pretty much everything!
