We Loved it!

We loved our stay at this property! The proximity to the beach and beach service was so helpful. We have stayed at multiple vrbo’s over the years and this is one I would definitely reserve again! The accommodations were great for our party of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Any questions were quickly responded to.

Destin Family Trip

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was breathtaking and the location was excellent. The owners were so easy to reach and promptly responded back. My family will return to this property, hopefully making this a yearly family trip.

My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this condo. The condo itself was beautiful and the views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. We definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be right on the ocean and in a smaller complex that is quiet and nicely maintained.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Our microwave went out, however a replacement was brought to us right away. Great customer service, location and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This unit is PERFECT! Literally perfect--it is just as described and b/c my family travels to Destin every year, and have since 1965, we will absolutely stay here again. Can't say enough about this unit and how nice it is!

Everything in Destin is close by, and the unit easily accommodated our large group. The kitchen has a gas range and huge fridge. It also has a lot of light coming in being a corner unit. Highly recommend it!

From the minute, we walked into the condo until the very last day, we were so impressed by how beautiful everything was. The setting of course…. Right on the ocean. The condo was exceptional and sparkling clean communication with management/owners was wonderful.

Beautiful vacation spot

The property could not have been better. It was very clean, beautiful views and great location. Loved having the chair service and umbrellas each day. Property was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved the black out shades ! It was a perfect spot for us and our friends, plenty of room for the 12 of us. Hope to be back again next year !

Perfect for large family!

This worked perfectly for our party of 10. Beach was pristine and balcony provided great view beach and pool. We used the patio grill (there are three for the building) twice. Huge refrigerator - which was a nice bonus for a huge family that prefers to cook and eat at this gorgeous location. Decent weight room. Rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Fall Beach Trip

Starting with the beautiful views from the corner condo, the well appointed bedrooms and kitchen to the included beach service we loved every minute of our two week stay! The property management was quick to respond to two minor issues- lightbulbs and a broken coffee carafe. We are already talking about a return trip. Thank you for such a wonderful accommodation!

Beautiful View!

Location was perfect. Only downside was several of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Don't walk barefoot-floors were dirty...we noticed this because due to cold weather we were indoors more than usual. But again the view and beach were excellent and that is why we were there.

Lovely Condo!

This is a wonderful smaller scale property but the condo itself is ample. Love the balconies! It offers everything you need. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job and pest control needs to be checked often. The bedrooms need better mattresses, especially the ‘lesser’ rooms. However we love the location and the beach views!

Beautiful property with terrible management company.

The location and property were beautiful. The property management company was terrible. We had a major gas leak smell that filled the whole unit. The maintenance guy was rude and blamed us. Thankfully the gas company came and found major issues in our unit.

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Coyaba 209. I could not ask for a better experience. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. We had an issue with a clogged drain, and Solely Beachfront had it taken care of right away. The beach service is great, and the attendant was always willing to help. Great place to stay if you want to skip the normal crazy crowds of spring breakers.
