Great Views

This house is perfect for a large group, offering plenty of space and a fantastic kitchen. The views of the ocean are stunning, and the rooftop deck is a wonderful spot to relax and take it all in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. Everything was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The rooftop breathtaking would recommend this to anybody. The house was epic. The elevator was kind of scary, but it did help with the luggage and the groceries.

Amazing Home

This home is amazing. It is only steps to the private beach, which was not crowded even in middle of summer vacation season. The home itself is magnificent—spacious, beautiful detail in every room, luxurious bedding, huge showers in all bathrooms, gigantic kitchen with upscale appliances, and cannot say enough about the balconies, including the incredible rooftop balcony. The rental agency was very responsive and helpful. One comment on the neighborhood, while the beach is only steps away, it is accessible only by stairs. There is no ramp. Just something to be aware of for folks with limited mobility, or those counting on the ramp to haul beach gear/strollers. 10/10 — can’t wait to stay again.

Family Vacation

Stayed here for a family vacation and the house is stunning. The beach is a few steps across the beach and entry was easy! All the pots and pans you could want you have and there are endless restaurants close by. Would stay here again!

Awesome property. The architecture of this house is amazing. Prime location. The only downfall is the HOA not allowing your own umbrellas on the beach. You have to buy shade. But overall very good.

We rented this home for my wedding weekend. My fiance could stay on the first floor and I would stay on the third. When we arrived the first night, the AC unit on the third floor was not working. We suffered through the night. I called the property manager and they send two people out and by the time we left for the wedding, the AC was repaired on the 3rd floor. My fiance had to get a hotel. It was a horrible experience. We come to get married and are charged these type of fees, to have no AC on the 3rd floor for 2 out of 4 days of our stay. I have reported my concern with the property manager and now when I call, it goes straight to a messaging center and hangs up. This is so wrong and I need help with making this right! They literally ruined my wedding weekend. My makeup artist and stylist struggled to keep me together due to the heat. We finally had to ask my fiance to leave the house so I could change floors. I seriously need someone to contact me to make this right. The owner did not hold up their end of the contract.
