Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has a closed kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furntiture and kitchen asthetic.The living room has two new leather sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.

There is a kingbed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. This way you can still enjoy the outside weather when necessary! Finally, the unit inlcudes 4 smart TV's.

The only improvement I could suggest is the TV options in terms of "local", ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX are too difficult to connect to or find.Perhaps some instructons might help?

We were expecting gulf side, balcony, clean, close to the water, swimming pool at the condo, happy to spend 2 weeks there! It was not! Talked to owner. Gave us tower 2 12th floor. Tiny balcony,dirty under beds, no grab bars, tiny view of water, dirty rugs swimming pool far from our building. I CAN'T SEE WHAT I'M WRITING! NOT HAPPY WITH OUR CONDO! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!HAPPY WITH OUR 2 WEEKS

We loved the beautiful condo. It was very roomy for a family of 7. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms had beach view. The owner was extremely nice and very quick to answer messages.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed, even an ice maker! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. You can see a lot of thought and effort went into making this property fit for vacationers. The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store and Target. The beach was phenomenal! We only used the pool one day and it was too windy to use the tennis and pickleball courts but the gym and sauna were nice amenities. I would recommend this property!

Steps to the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Partial beach view from 2 bedrooms and a super short walk to the beach. Free beach service was great to have. It was newly updated so the pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen has a separate ice maker which was amazing to have. Definitely renting this unit again!

Family time

This property was as advertised. They were upfront about the construction going on, but where we stayed in Tower 1, the construction did not affect us. We loved that the beach was so close!! We also took advantage of the heated pool with our grand baby. It was nice that there were restrooms at the pool. The tennis and pickle ball courts were nice. My daughter and husband played pickle ball and utilized the workout gym. BUT…the amenity I enjoyed the most was the beach service of two chairs and an umbrella each day!! LOVED this, and it was SO appreciated.

Warm Weather Escape

My family went to Florida to escape the colder weather in Canada. My two adult children worked full time from the condo while we there. We still had time for early morning walks along the beach that were absolutely gorgeous and we used the pool, sauna and gym. (We were disappointed that the sauna was not open at night because it was still quite chilly getting out of the heated pool). We also would have liked wifi in the gym. However, the condo looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. There was even a surprise view of the ocean from two of the bedroom windows.

Nice but construction

Beautiful condo. Very clean except for construction dust at entrance. Was not told there is a lot of construction going on outside complexes. It was loud, messy and parking was compromised. This is supposed to last 5 years! I think condo rentals should reflex this in price and it should be told to renters.

Short Vacation

We were surprised to see all the construction work going on when we pulled in the property. The property we stayed at had just a little window in the kitchen that opened to be able to get fresh air in, but we should of checked that out better. When we tried to use the beach chairs and umbrella as stated was available to us, we were told we didnt have access to that. We did contact landlord and he cleared it up but we missed the nice day at that time. Overall nice property and landlord apologized for any inconvenience we experienced.

Almost ruined our vacation

Checked in the first day to find the kitchen flooded and mold growing on windows. Property owner said he would send someone over - who didn’t show up until the next night. Then the property flooded again in the second bedroom. It got our suitcases wet and my daughters laptop that was on the floor in her bag., which also got wet. We ended up packing up our belongings and switching to a vacasa condo because Vrbo didn’t have a comparable rental. The owner did not return emails prior to our arrival- and when I finally reached him on the phone he said they had the wrong email. We were at the rental for over an hour waiting for check in instructions that were not mailed out.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay, but there are somethings that would have been great to know before hand. One would be the beach rules. You cannot put up your own umbrella when the rentals are out, so we basically brought our umbrella for no reason. We were not allowed to hang out beach towels on the balcony. That is a rule. That would have been nice to know before hand because we had no place to hang them to dry. If we knew that ahead of time, we could have brought towel hanging racks, or maybe the condo could have provided the towel racks for our beach towels since we could not use the balconies. Also, we stayed in unit 1036. We had no idea what floor on the elevator. No one informed us at check in. We had to guess and went to 8 different floors before we found out room. The condo was listed as a private pool. But it wasn’t. You shared the pool with two other towers and the pool was at least 2 football fields away from us, so we had a very far walk. When the pool was listed as a private pool, we assumed private, meaning our own. The pool probably needs to be listed as a community pool that is shared with a total of three towers and the enormous walking distance to the pool. Other than those issues, the condo itself was beautiful. It was clean and anytime we reached out for anything, we got a response right away. We enjoyed our stay overall.
