This is our second year staying in room 303A. The room has everything you need, clean beds, plenty of TVs, internet works great for the kids, the view is excellent and it always feels like home. It’s hard to leave but we will be back again next year!

Great Unit

The unit was clean, very comfortable and easy to find. The location was perfect. Close to grocery stores, and 15 minutes or less to most restaurants. Like all of Destin the beach was perfect. This would be a great unit for a couple or a small family.

Great condo! Love the view of the beach!

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids (6, 4, 2) and it went well! With little kids it is really convenient to be right at the beach. With little kids the upstairs feels a little scary but we just had a parent sleep up with them to make sure they were okay and not leaning over the balcony. We had a great time here though and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Unit!

We loved unit 303a, comfy furniture, nicely updated. Easy walk to the beach, easy parking and a nice pool. Unfortunately we had a water main break that left us without water for 24 hours but Krissy from Vacasa made it right for us. Will stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was super clean and just as the photos depicted. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The amount of towels and wash cloths was amazing! Plenty of extras….The balcony has a picture perfect view of the Gulf! We couldn’t have asked for anything to have been any better! The whole complex was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again! A plus was the beach chair rentals and the two extra beach chairs in the unit!

Girls trip 2024

Upon arrival there was a musky smell, Vacasa was quick to respond and changed out the filter after suggesting we open the doors for a bit to let fresh air in. I purchased a couple of dehumidifiers and pulled some moisture from the air however I think opening the doors most likely solved the issue. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return

nice condo but bare boned

lovely beach and view, but poorly equipped. No coffee filters, no tissues. We did not cook there, but basics such as salt and pepper, sugar missing. Really? Would probably pass on this unit next year.

When I booked this vacation the pictures of our room was not what we walked into. The bed room through the upstairs bathroom of the loft was locked. There were bunk beds in the upstairs loft. This is not what I booked. Not happy with it at all.

Honeymoon Stay

Our trip at this condo was near perfect. The weather didn’t pan out, but we still found things to do. Even if it was chilling on the couch watching the waves! The access to the beach was right there, and it was so convenient! Since it was off season it was nice and quiet and we didn’t really hear any neighbors. The master bed was AMAZING. My husband wanted to bring it home lol! The only things I will suggest is to maybe add a few more homey touches. There weren’t blankets to snuggle with (I brought my own but that would’ve been a nice touch), board games for rainy days, and maybe more household essentials. We received dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and 2 laundry detergent tabs. We ended up buying our own dryer sheets and a little bottle of detergent so we could wash our clothes. None of this is a major deal, but that might help feel like the condo is more “homey” as it felt more like a hotel. We would gladly come back to this condo for our next trip!!

Disappointed stay

I was not notified that the property was available. I went to the property after 4:30 and was able to get it. The smell was stale and moldy. Had not been just cleaned so could have gotten in a lot earlier like other companies have allowed. The master bedroom was unlivable because of the dirty, smelly, moldy carpet. I slept on the couch. Shower had mold..Kitchen stove had indicator lights out and no single server coffee maker.The kitchen supplies scarce. Will not stay there again and will try to avoid Vacasa. There service, cleaning and property maintenance is substandard.

Location is amazing!

Couldn't have been a better location, right off the beach with spectacular views. The house fit a family of 6 well, access to the beach was easy, and having an umbrella and chairs provided with a beach service was key. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Breathtaking views

The view cannot be beat. Access to beach and the amenities were top notch. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. We are already planning a return trip for next year. Would highly recommend this property.
