4) turn off all lights, fans, TVs, kitchen oven & stove 5) unplug toaster, coffee maker 6) remove all your items from refrigerator & freezer 7) wipe clean dirty dishes & put them in the kitchen sink
8) take out all your trash to the dumpster in the parking lot 9) close & lock all windows and the sliding door 10) close all window-blinds in livingroom 11) lock the main entrance when you leave

It was a perfect place! We loved the location it was so close to the beach and it was very clean amd cozy. The king bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and out process! Definitely will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location

Great location and close to the beach. Just a short walk across the street! Unit was very clean and communication with the host was great. The pool was great to have and laundry access is super close. The only con: the bunk beds are not really in a bedroom. They are in a short hallway right outside the master bedroom. So no privacy. We enjoyed our stay!
