Book someplace else not worth the money

We saved for months to book this vacation. We arrived on the 6th Fl the hall rugs were stained and filthy. The floors in the unit were sandy. The outdoor pool under construction still the indoor pool was not that clean either. It was noisy due to under going major construction as well On the positive the server in the pelican restaurant was great - the beach service for chair rental was pricey but Joey and Dave were fantastic and the view was nice from the balcony. Find someplace else to stay perhaps in SanDestin this place was NOT worth the price.

Vacation

We loved our stay. Only complaint is the lack of washer/dryer in the rooms and the community machine cost $2.50 per load for each machine. If you aren’t going to have washer/dryers in the room at least offer discounts for the community machines.

Less then ideal

The location was good. Did not realize that there was no in condor laundry. One pay washer/dryer in the entire floor. Doors in the bathrooms didn’t lock. Tile around the bath fault covered in black tape to conceal broken tile. Nice balcony and beach service. Would not stay in this particular unit again.
