Perfect view of the beach

Everything was as expected and clean. I had no issues! The only disappoint was I had to bring my own Keurig pot because the coffee pot they had in this unit didn't have k-cup coffee maker.

Great location

Exactly like the pictures . Staff was friendly . Enjoyed the indoor pool when it rained outdoors. The gym was a disappointment. Half the machines were broke. Other than that, wasn’t a bad stay for the price .

This Condo is only good for 2 people

My husband and I just got back from a mini trip at your condo. The water heater is an issue , you barely make it through a shower before it gets cold. My husband and I just waited for awhile in between. If you were here with a small family this would not be Ideal. The view and the Condo were great .

Great place to stay

We had a great time here. The check-in process is simple and easy. Quick and easy access to most restaurants and shopping. The location itself is great. Being on the 6th floor, you do get a lot of nosie from the kids playing down in the pool down below. In hindsight, I just wish we could of been in a higher unit. The unit itself provided everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The unfortunate part was having a 2nd vehicle we had to park across the bust Harbor Blvd behind the Chick Fil-A. A bit of a trek to get over there everytime I needed something or had to get that other vehicle.

Place was terrible, very unfriendly service. We were told we couldn’t have clean towels, if we wanted clean towels we could use the coin laundry to wash them. There was something inside our bedroom wall scratching like a mouse or squirrel that kept us up all night!

Neglected

I would not recommend this particular unit for vacationers. The unit has been obviously neglected and needs an update. The bathrooms were small with no counter space and one tub with a shower curtain. The tub does not drain well during shower. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing and the HVAC unit was very loud. The kitchen was decent and had a bar but no bar stools. The coffee pot was old and you couldn’t tell if it was on or not (the light didn’t work). There were no ‘creature comforts’. One pillow on the couch/loveseat. Had no ability to stream media to TV (not a smart TV). The balcony needs bar height chairs due to the rail header blocks the view of the ocean. Pool furniture was sparse. No restaurant/bar on the property. No washer/dryer in the room. Overall the building needed cleaning (glass doors on each floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while). If you’re looking for bare necessities this may work for you. There is a Waffle House across the street which is handy but you have to drive to restaurants.

Great place to stay

Great views overlooking the Gulf. Literally right on the beach, so it's quick and easy to get to the sand. Easy access to shops and restaurants all around. Wish we would of been higher up than the 6th floor as we had a lot of noise from the kids in the outdoor pool down below. Fair warning, if you have a a 2nd vehicle, you'll have to park it across Harbour Blvd behind the Chick Fil-A. That was kinda annoying to get back and forth to.
