We loved checking in with a keycode to the unit. Everything was clean & well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach access was right across the street . We had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. We will stay again.

Beautiful condo

We were very impressed with the condo. Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable! Centrally located easy walk to the beach. Only downside was no elevator for a 3rd floor unit.

“Best Mother’s Day Ever”

That’s what Mom said by the end of the trip! Check in was seemless and timely. Condo was spotless and smelled so fresh and so clean clean. Space matched the pictures and the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and friendly community with beautiful views and amazing beaches. Hosts were excellent communicators. Location was perfect! Beach was right across the street and mall/grocery stores were less than 5 minutes away! Condo was perfect and looked exactly as it did online! It had everything we needed!

Overall the condo property is well maintained few minor issues with the hot tub that were addressed immediately with the host. Condo needs tlc this was also addressed with the host but they have what you need for a week at the beach. Enjoyed our time in Destin as always though!

Perfect spot

This was our first time in this specific unit but our third stay at the grand Caribbean. This is a terrific location, right across from the beach and close to all kinds of shopping and food. This particular unit has great views and a wonderful extended balcony that we used a lot! A+!

The condo is very clean! The owners are very responsive. It is very close to the beach. They left beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use which was really convenient. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Location!

Exceeded our expectations. Heated pool was wonderful since we came in February. Public access to beach was literally right across the street which was very convenient. The condo had all the essentials for a short stay and kitchen was well stocked for light use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to book with y’all in the future! Thanks!!

Decent stay, next to beach

Property was clean and very near to beach. If you are planning to stay more than two days, then bring your own cleaning supplies. Only one beach chairs was in usable condition other one was broken. Everything else was good.
