Satisfied....

This condo was about what we expected. We’ve traveled a fair amount to 2br/2ba condos and this was a decent one. Location was good to downtown/boardwalk area and restaurants. The furniture, etc., was nice and we’d only change 2 things. The couch in the living room is small and older. Very uncomfortable. The top bunk in the front room is very close to the drop ceiling for the air duct work. My daughter hit her head several times on that. Maybe rearrange the room with the bed on the other wall?? This was not located on the beach, but a short walk which was fine. The area Pelican Resorts has on the beach is TINY and they set up ALL of their umbrellas and chairs to almost force you to rent them. We were there during break and expected it to be crowded, but with two high rise buildings and probably 2,000+ people this space was NOT adequate and they should only put out chairs and umbrellas if people rent them. Pool at the main building on the beach was not open. Timing seemed odd for them to redo it since it was spring break? All and all, we’d consider staying again.

June 2018 Stay

This was the worst place we have ever stayed and it was told it was an upgrade . We was told a week before our Tripp that the place we have stayed for 13 years was sold and could not stay there not knowing at the time it should have been honored because it was already on the books . That is what rental places all do but apparently not dale Peterson . We have always been happy with this rental company but this one time was over the top. The towels had hair all on them and was not clean had to clean washing machine before I could even wash the towels and put clothes it had mold in it and the smell was god awful . Purchased afresh and some bleach to clean it . Had lower body hair in the bed and had to get more sheets for it . People throwing trash at night from their balcony paper cups and plates into the pool. Loud music had to call security because it was midnight and could not even hear the other person talk beside me . Was very surprised by dale Peterson with how they said it was an upgrade

Nice unit. Good location. But....

I arrived late and realized the hard way that my unit was at the Terrence of pelican beach not pelican beach. Or put another way off the beach instead of on the beach. This was my fault. I should have read the details better. The contact number was helpful. The master bedroom mattress was horrible. We didn't use the other bedroom mattress.
