Incredible layout. Made for an easy and wonderful stay.

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and precise. Warren Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and our property manager Christi was a delight. Easy access to the beach and amazing pool.

Wonderful location

We had plenty of room in a wonderful setting. Close to the beach and a very nice neighborhood. Sent a few messages to the owner and always had a quick response. Highly recommend.

Amazing Destin Property

Great property and great location

I would rate this property as one of the finest in all of Destin. This property is in a great location with the safety of a gated community and convenient to everything , beach included. The best thing about the property is it's owners , they go out of there way to make sure your stay is all it can be. I can't say enough good things about this place , I would highly recommend it !!!!!

Everything is great at the TOP SHELF house. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. Our week there was great!

Perfect Vacation Location!

As stated by my nine year old son "this was the most awesome vacation ever." This house is beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious and functional. It is a great place to share with family and friends!! Plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location for beach and fun!

Excellent home in a great location

This was our second visit to Top Shelf for our family vacation, and each time has been exceptional. The home provides plenty of space to gather together or spread out. We love the pool and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this home. Although, the internet is slow so do bring a hot spot if you need to sneak in any work while on vacation.

We loved our stay at Top Shelf

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.

Our entire family of 15 enjoyed a wonder week in Destin at Mitch Warren’s Top Shelf this year. We have been vacationing in Fl the past 25 years, and I can honestly say this was the nicest home rental we’ve ever rented. Both communication and amenities were truly wonderful. Should we ever return to Destin, this is the place.

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you could ever need and wonderful management as well.

Top Shelf is an amazing beach house in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time! The pool was absolutely beautiful! It was very private and peaceful. We sat out by the pool for hours. We also loved the balcony that wrapped around part of the house. We enjoyed sitting out there as a family for dinner. Christy and Patrick with Warren beach rentals were amazing. They did whatever they could to make our vacation great! We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Outstanding house!

Sometimes spring break in early April is a little cooler than you’d like. Thank God for the huge heated pool - my kids didn’t care that only half our days were spent at the beach. Well appointed, and room for 3 families, this house was just perfect. Owner is quick to respond to any needs of our group. We will be back again next year!

Incredible place. Loved it.

The house is just incredible was very comfortable very clean and the location is perfect however the star of the show is the pool in the private outdoor space. We never went inside all week. In February, floating in the pool, drinking a beer, watching a basketball game on TV. Yeah.. it’s THAT kind of awesome. Thanks Mitch for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house with lovely pool and spa!

We had a great week here in the Florida "winter." Our young kids even swam in the nicely heated pool, and we all enjoyed some time in the hot tub. The house was a plenty of space for our family of four, with an extra bedroom we didn't use. The kitchen was impressively stocked and organized with any gadget or utensil you could imagine. We had fun watching a couple of movies at the community theater and playing in the sand-bottom playground!

Rented both houses, great for multiple families, much nicer than pictures

We brought 5 families down for Spring Break 2013 and rented both houses. It was the perfect set up for our families to be able to get together and have their own space. The houses are much nicer than the pictures and are in extremely great shape. Both houses are high end and have everything you would need for your stay. Having the heated pool was a lifesaver and the hot tub was a great bonus. The golf carts were great to use in the complex. Walking to the beach is very easy even with 5 year olds. We will definitely look at renting both houses the next time we come.

The greastest getaway ever!!!!!!!!!

I had never stayed in a house as beautiful and elegant as this one. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to check out at 10am. It should have been like 12pm atleast because we can't check in until 4pm. We are from Georgia, so we actually had to get up early in order to be out before 10am, which is 9am in Georgia.

This. Place. Is. Amazing!! Just arriving home from a wonderful vacation! This house is everything and more. Lots of room to spread out and relax! Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds & great amenities! Only thing we didn't have but thought we would was dish cloths. Otherwise plenty of towels for showering- very plush and big. Close to the beach, local stores and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were great, perfect temp for the time of year. Did not utilize the club house other than 2 of the kids playing basketball but appeared to be great. Golf cart was helpful for my father who has a hard time walking a distance. Mitch was wonderful and communication was prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
