1st Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEAR THE MAIN ELEVATORS/STAIRS AND JUST STEPS FROM THE POOL, PAVILION AND JETTY EAST IS BEACH FRONT!! GREAT LOCATION FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. | There is a king size bed in the master bedroom that opens up to the balcony with views looking west to the sunsets over Lake Christina and the East Pass. The balcony has new flooring with bar height furniture and a new ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both of the bathrooms have granite countertops and recessed lighting, with a tub/shower in the master bathroom and a granite walk in shower in the guest bathroom. FOR THOSE COLD MONTHS, BOTH BATHROOMS HAVE THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED HEATED FLOORS!!
There is diagonally laid porcelain throughout the unit except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. Newer six panel doors with levered handles. The door leading into the master bedroom is at an angle so as to give a more open flow feeling. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. New windows in the guest bedroom provide excellent cross ventilation when desired. The living room has a 65" 4K UHD TV with a Smart Blu-Ray player, the master bedroom has a HD TV with a Smart Blu-Ray player and then guest bedroom has a HD TV with a Smart Blu-Ray player. | A second sliding glass door leads out from the living room to the balcony. There is updated lighting throughout the unit including over the breakfast bar. The mirrored walls add light and a more open feeling to the unit. The bedrooms have new carpeting and shutters.

Stay was amazing and close to all the popular things to do. Close to beach. Check in was a little confusing as we did not receive any check in email with details. We ended up calling security and they advised us they had our keys to enter. Overall great stay minus this hiccup

Great experience! The only negative I had was that on the listing it said first floor, which was correct, but that was above the parking garage, I was expecting on ground level. But it was still great, loved the pavilion and pool being right on the beach!

We had an amazing time with my family the walk to the beach was literally walk the boardwalk and same with the pool it was it was easy access...Loved how the employees were always saying hi and being nice.. I loved my stay and definitely will be back...
