Islander 409 - Newly Upgraded! East View Gold Unit Private Balcony

Islander Condo #409 is an East View, Gold Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Unit 409 has been newly updated for 2024 with all brand new furniture and mattresses in both bedrooms and new couches, dining table, bar stools and lighting in the living/dining area. Ceiling fans were also recently installed in the bedrooms and living room for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area to watch the 46" smart TV with digital cable. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 42" Smart TV with cable. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, granite countertops, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom boasts a Queen size bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a 42” Smart TV.

Soak in amazing sunsets from your private balcony with panoramic views of the pool, jacuzzi, and Gulf of Mexico. Your room is just steps away from the sugar white sand on our beautiful private gated beach. No need to pack your chairs and umbrella—you’ll be treated to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day of your stay during the months of March through October.
The Islander Resort offers tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball court, a grill pavilion, fitness center, 2 hot tubs, and 2 crystal clear pools. One pool is heated during the cooler months. Your vacation at the Islander Resort awaits you!

Great Beach Getaway

The property was very clean and the room was perfect for our family! The double rooms with bunk beds & Queen bed was the best fit for our boys. The 2 bathrooms were exceptional too, and it gave us plenty of room for our crew. The master suite with a memorable view of the beach was amazing. The pictures of the property were absolutely correct with the updated renovations. My favorite part was the walk in shower.

Nice place in a busy area with lots of activities

The facility was nice and clean. I thought the upholstered furniture was a little dingy. The bedspreads could have been nicer - they seemed a little worn and faded but appeared clean and smelled clean. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms as far as appliances, dishes, cookware, etc The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The laundry rooms were nice and clean. The pools are nice. The activities each day were an enjoyable expected surprise for our you g daughter (crafts, airbrush tattoos, live music) We were very happy with our stay and the area.

They cleaned the condo right before 4pm we waited after 13 hours driving

We arrived 2 pm they told us after 3 pm the thing bothered us the most is that they cleaned it at 4pm and when we get in to the cleaning crew was still there so obviously they did not touch the property until that time. All they did was mopping the floors. After they left we cleaned it again and I can’t even explain how dirty it was. Our baby is crawling and his knees were pitch black from the dirt. We have to spent entire day and the following day to clean the property. Carpets and under the carpets were so dirty (never been cleaned it seems like) They tell us the check out by 10 but then they don’t clean until 4 pm which is not fair. We arrived 2pm wanted to pay extra hour and checking in early but could not get in until 4 pm and when we did get in cleaning crew was just leaving and I can tell all they did was mopping the floor. No desenfection to the floors or counter tops or the bathrooms. Overall it was unpleasant experience for us with our 14 months old baby.
