The people at the front desk could be a little more friendly (a bit rude and cold at times), but the servers and the other staff at the hotel were very helpful, welcoming, and hospitable. The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff team are fantastic in every aspect of the hotel. There is a very relaxed vibe. The family room was very large and impressive. We had a pool view and were very close to the heart of the hotel which meant there was some noise from the evening entertainment, which may disturb smaller...
