“You cannot find a better location close to the surf. From our balcony we could check out the surf. Breakfast was included every morning. The room had a small kitchen, microwave, full fridge and a comfortable mattress. Parking was right out front. Try staying on the lower floors as this place has a lot of stairs and the restaurant bar and pool are at the top. If you need to rent boards or umbrellas and beach chairs see Chui just out front. There are also a lot of beach front restaurants really……

“Great location! One block from Malecon. Penthouse unit was very clean, and had a beautiful patio deck looking to Malecon and ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped. A few items that keep this review from Five stars - the jacuzzi was not working- we called maintenance (quick response), but were told it had not been working for a while. Second, was mattresses on both beds were very/too firm. Finally - not a criticism- unit is so close to Malecon, that loud music and action usually went to……

The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. Towels smelled musty and there was no bottled water available. If you book here, be prepared to rough it. “Very clean and a great place to stay at! The property is on a steep hill so we enjoyed it because it gave us a little workout every day 😅 The staff are very friendly and helpful! All the furniture is outdated but everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped, we stayed in room 3 with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi, and a pretty nice view. “Lugar muy bonito para desconectarte de la vida en la ciudad con unas vistas impresionantes, la gente a cargo muy amable y con buen servicio. Lo único es que debes estar preparado para salir de tu zona de comodidad por temas de electricidad pero es una experiencia única. Algunas fotos no coinciden 100% como es elalojamiento pero nada negativo. ”
