「We had an excellent time at Sunchase IV! Short walk to the beach, nice pool area, central location, and overall very clean. Would highly recommend!」

「The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly! We were obsessed with how spacious the balcony was! There’s a private beach access that we can get to through the property but there is also a public beach access that anyone can enter through right next door. The pools were spacious and clean. And there’s security constantly surveilling the premises. Overall it was a great trip! And my family enjoyed every aspect of the condominium’s.」

「Amazing place to stay. There is plenty of room and you can quite literally cross the street for immediate beach access. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms. Great space for larger groups. The host did an amazing job in prepping for our stay and everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be renting again for any future trips.」

「The house was a perfect set up to host my extended family during our trip for a celebration of life of a loved one who is from the Valley. Scott was very helpful when we arrived to help us figure out the nuances of the house that had ample space for our group during the weekend. The rooms were perfect as we had mostly adults so everyone could have their own bed, but also offered a few bunks when needed for two of our under 7 crowd. Excellent location across from the beach and found a few shops...

「Host was very quick at responding and sent over help in the morning and after that everything was great. We enjoyed our time here. Pretty clean, pool was small but nice. We used the laundry room and it was very clean. Overall a great place to stay. 」

「Good location. Close to beach access point. Property manager responded quickly and politely to our questions. Lovely home, lots of space and the A/C unit works amazing. There are 2 sets of stairs but that's kind of expected in a beach house. Would stay again and recommend to a friend 」
