"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. We were lucky to get some rainy days, when the temperature outside was not that high, so we didn't need to use A/C. In the case of warm weather,...

"Pros: Excellent place to stay and relax. Everything was provided for, just like your own home. Cons: Just a bit far from the usual tourist places."

"Excellent. It was beyond our expectations having chosen the largest apartments for 2pax. Thank you very much for letting us know where the washer and dryers were, James. Would recommend to those who may cook or a quite evening "home". Also there's the free bus tourist shuttle if needed."

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"The listing and the associated picture with it are not accurate; the image of the lake was taken from the owner's apartment, which is two levels higher than the place you will receive. He indeed has a nice view, and you will get the hedge of the neighbor. 2 minor problems in the suite are worth mentioning for safety measures. The floor in the living room is not even which means the is a risk of tripping over it and falling mainly at night when you want to use the bathroom in the dark; the shower...

"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. Additionally, you couldn't flush toilet paper. This isn't a huge issue as we've been to Greece, but this was not communicated...
