"Conveniently located just outside the Luzern train station and right next to the chapel brige and boat rides. Attentive staff. We arrived early and staff checked in our bags and room was avaliable earlier than check in time. Will stay again if visiting Luzern. "

"While the property is older, it had everything that we needed. It was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. We had the family room that had two single beds on the first floor with two single beds upstairs. The room was small, but it was adequate. I really loved opening the windows to let the fresh air in during the month of April. The window and the ceiling was leaking water just a little bit. But it was taken care of by the maintenance guy after we had reported it to the front desk."
