「I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. 「The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!」

「Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. 「Nice, affordable, safe and quiet hotel! Staff is super nice and helpful, finishings could be updated but everything else, including location is awesome.」

「VERY Clean and helpful, I arrived an hour before check-in and was able to get my room right away. City Mall, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are within walking distance. 」
