“Estadia incrível no coração da Gran via e super silêncio ficamos na planta 5 zero barulho porém zero sinal do Wi-Fi. Ficamos em um apto enorme super confortável que nos atendeu perfeitamente, ficaria aqui novamente a varanda eh ótimo porém não tem vista e em épocas d e muito calor acaba não se aproveitando. Única reclamação foi nosso ar condicionado que não estava gelando o suficiente mesmo após solicita averiguação permaneceu igual. A equipe na recepção todos muito simpáticos e solicitos.”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“位置超方便。只是我入住的單位在地下，沒有景觀可言。可煮食，有齊用具，只是水龍頭鬆，很難控制。每日有免費輕盈早餐，晚上有免費紅白酒！”

“I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. ”
