This is an amazing hotel and since I will need to visit Madrid often, will be my hotel of choice. Very functional kitchen, 2 minute walk from the grocery store, 10/10 for cleanliness, and fabulous and responsive staff.

Great stay. Lovely apartment and clean. Would have been nice to have a washing machine as it mentioned laundry included but luckily we only stayed a few nights. Great transportation links to the centre just be mindful it can be quiet on some of the surrounding streets at night.

The property is very comfy and has very high ceiling . Parking is so easy with an App. The location is close to center but you do need public transportation or Uber. It fulfilled our needs.

Great stay!

Beautiful suite- feels brand new, with grocery stores, train access and restaurants a five min walk behind the bldg. Downtown is about 20 min drive. Staff kindly watched our baggage and put it into our suite as we had arrived prior to check in. Communication was immediate. Highly recommended it!

Good apartments

Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good.

Hôtel is clean, room and bathroom are clean spacious. Shower need to be fixed. It leaks from top. It’s a little issue, hotel staff can fix. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Parking has easy and secured access

We received multiple messages regarding our arrival and how we should proceed with a late check in. Overall a very nice apartment. A few construction issues - a door jam falling off. Smell from the shower drain. But really a very comfortable stay.

Terrible hotel

One of the worst hotels in Madrids. Extremely frustrating check in process. This is a at best two star motel presenting itself as a 4 star hotel. Located next to train tacks in a rough neighborhood. The room have dirty windows and instead of window shades they use dirty pieces of fabric to cover them . To add to the interesting point a wall had dried blood stains and I did not have electricity the first night and had to grow through a lot to get it connected. I do NOT recommend this dump.
