"Clean room and grounds, quiet easy access/parking, dog-friendly areas, wifi and tv worked, nice closet space, comfy bed and towels Pool was winter covered in midMay (104*), Also did not have the jacuzzi tub in the room (we reserved with it). Need proteins at breakfast like scrambled eggs and peanut butter packs for waffles, otherwise its cereal, toast, biscuits, good spread as long as you're there before 8:15 (6-9am) also Google maps calls Slaton Drive 'Ave Q' when directing to driveway, watch for UHaul and go across highway at same spot."

"Absolutely DISGUSTING. This hotel should be condemned. The first room had blood stains on the comforter, what looked like bullet holes in the wall, and the carpet was so torn up you could see the concrete underneath. The key card wiring was literally hanging out of the door. They switched our room and apologized, but the second room was no better. It smelled like cigarettes and car oil, and once again the key card system was hanging off the back of the door. This place is NOT livable. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and your safety."

"Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. "

"Room and staff were great. The bathroom was clean but needed work done on ceiling. The closet doors also needed carpentry work. The entry door need repair. Would I stay again most definitely. "

"No breakfast, laundry room, or business center. All were closed. Air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable. Woke up and watched 4 or 5 mice scatter out of my snack bags on the dresser. Packed up and left. When I called to speak with management 3 times I have been ignored. I wanted a refund but I guess now you all get to hear the review instead. This place is absolute garbage. Inside of lobby looks good and pool looked nice. Other than that please dont waste your money on this place. I had to wash all my clothes and left all my food behind due to the mouse infestation."
