"Cleanliness was phonominal loved the room. Wasn’t told about needing or how to use room card to operate the elevator. Thank GOD a guest was in the elevator who explained how to use it! Wasn’t told about breakfast in the am and also was not notified about a bogus $15.02 charge for use of the extras that are offered at the hotel for guests! However, if we will win the area again. We would stay there if given the same rate I paid! "
