“This place was just what my wife and I needed for a night away. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with unique and well kept homes all around. Downtown was a short walk away and there is plenty so see and do. Our stay was short but we had a very enjoyable time.”

“Absolutely gorgeous home! Beautiful creek view with firepit & goldfish pond! Pool, hot tub, sauna, game room for fun! Lots of beautiful spacious bedrooms & an awesome kitchen/dining for gathering & enjoying meals! Top notch host that was available to make our stay 5 star! We will be back again! Thank you!”

“The property is charming and perfectly located. It gives you the sense of being part of the historic community. Quick walk to downtown. We would stay there again. Just a few items to be aware of: it is a duplex and the entire house is on the upper level, as you enter you must climb very steep stairs, there isn’t a dishwasher (wasn’t a problem for us - we ate out), the bathroom is teeny tiny, one of the bedrooms is at the front of the house and the bathroom is way in the rear of the house, the……

“So I'm going to be honest here, I kind of want to gate keep this one. lol Everything in the listing is as 100% as described (or better) Barndominium w/2BR, 1Bath, LR, full kitchen (minus dishwasher), Washer, Dryer, deck, fire pit by the pond. The host is kind enough to provide folding chairs and wood for the fire pit, so be sure to enjoy an evening by the fire! “The cleanest, quietest, well-kept cabin you will ever see!”

“The name says it all. Celebrated my sons 21st birthday with a weekend of golf and boating with his friends and we all enjoyed our downtime at the Hidden Gem. Pool, games, the bar, and the open floorplan with huge bedrooms helped make a fun weekend even better. The host was as perfect as the house. I would absolutely go back for our next stay in the area.”

“Beautiful property right on the river. Covered area down by the river was a great place to spend time with my friends. Everything about the place was perfect except for the fact that the hosts home is extremely close to the property. I do not recall the listing stating that. They did not bother us or anything just felt dishonest in their listing. ”
