“The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative.
Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool.
Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working.
Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort.
We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress.
We were move and……
