“The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

“Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend going to the historic area of Petersburg and eating at Croakers and also Comeback burgers.We also loved the decor and the host did a wonderful job of ensuring everything was comfortable and labeled. Wonderful day!”

“This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”

“This place was perfect for us! Awesome bike trails, great dock for fishing, perfect distance from Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg. Very clean, terrific shower and very comfortable bed. We needed to recharge and this did it for us!”
