「Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.」

「Everything was wonderful except there was nothing in the ad to say you have to contact the owner if you have a car. It just says self-parking available. Please call before you arrive and be prepared to pay a 50 pound deposit for the fob which let's you into the parking behind the hotel.」

「The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected...

「A wonderful, contemporary apartment with plenty of space and excellent communication from the management team, primarily via text and WhatsApp. Being on one of the higher floors, I felt completely secure and had no issues at all. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow. Just a note for future guests: there are a few turning staircases to reach the apartment (as there’s no lift). This wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s worth being aware of.」
