「Tiefgarage vorhanden, günstig. Zimmer sehr groß. Leider keine Klimaanlage, dafür Ventilator. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, alles ausreichend vorhanden! Nette Mitarbeiter.. Großer Park, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.」

「Unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig! Super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hochprofessionellem Personal und sehr moderner Ausstattung. Kleine Probleme am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurden umgehend und hochprofessionell gelöst. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und bietet sich optimal zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Stadt Poznan an. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 Minuten per Tram und auch der Bahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten per Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!」

「Very nice and comfortable place. 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. The only problem is that the bathroom shower had mold. I will let manager know that.」

「It's more like 1 large room with a "sliding semi-door" that doesn't serve any purposes-not much privacy if you're traveling with kids / family member. You can't watch TV or work if your kid is sleeping in another "section". The sheets in 1 room - too small for a bed, pillows are more like "child" size. The "bedrom" is advertised as "queen" size -it's actually more like twin or full size (only my 2 small children can fit there, but not two adults). The frying pen wasn't compatible w the stove -...

「I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that...

「Booked this place as it was advertised with air conditioning. Booked specifically for our type 1 diabetic daughter as high temperatures impact her blood sugars. Arrived to find broken fan. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. Stay clear! 」
