“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

She really made us feel at home and was good referring transportation and places to go. Very safe location, room was clean and you have access to the kitchen and living room. “Perfect hotel in Le Marais! we were in the two story unit on the 6th floor of the annex building and it was spacious, spotless and perfect for our family of four. Much more room than we would have had in a regular hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Area was fabulous as well - right in the middle of shops, cafes, etc.”

“Staff communication was excellent from before our arrival until our departure. So friendly and accommodating. Rooms was clean and spacious - not common for hotels in Paris at that price range. It’s on a busy side street so can get a bit noisy in the evenings to late night. Recommend getting a room on a higher level if you are a light sleeper. We would stay again due to the friendly staff, spacious room and convenient amenities (kitchen and lounge space etc)”
