「Efter aftale ankom jeg meget sent efter en meget lang rejse, indtjekning var ikke tydelig så endte med ikke at kunne omme ind kl 3 om natten måtte ud og finde et hotel og mistede derfor første nats betaling. Værten var på tideligt og var hjælpsom så jeg kom ind. Der var så varmt i lejligheden så umuligt at sove det var som en ovn. 「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「It was nice to have an apartment for 5 nights, there was a washing mashing and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and there was parking. The beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest mass transit. There was soap for the dishwasher but not for the washing machine. There wasn't enough toilet paper for the full 5 days for 6 people. There was no way to sweep or vacuum the floors and even though the washing machine was also a dryer there was no place to hang up laundry to dry. I...

Exclusive Luxury Penthouse Apartment in the Heart of Copenhagen

「We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. 」
