“We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“We arrived at the properly late night. Michel was available for us and answered our questions right away. It’s perfectly located, close to Iowa and Minnesota. We drove to Brownsville MN to eat at a marina, the easy to go to La Crosse to have some great ice scream and walk by the river, and drove back to the Iowa side to have a beer in a local bar. It was amazing. The cabin itself it a magical place. You can just watch a movie and enjoy of a great view locking out the house, you can walk around……

“Really enjoyed this cabin. Well equipped, cozy and beautiful. Stairs are steep (not a problem for us but could be a concern for some). Only issue was hot tub wasn't working fully - owner was aware and thought it had been fixed but wasn't.”

“Great place to get away from everything, very private, back-to-nature feel. Loved listening to birds, watching the wildlife. Rustic with all of the modern conveniences.”

“It was a perfectly quiet retreat to recharge and enjoy star gazing and relaxing evening fire after the clouds and heat of the daily Nordic Fest events. Short distance drives to everything we needed.”

“Charming home with cozy spaces to hang out and play games. The house is tucked into a cute neighborhood roughly a mile from downtown. Parking in the back was convenient, and communication with the owner was awesome. LaCrosse has many local attractions including my favorite, the scenic overlook at Grandad Bluff Park. We would happily stay here again and check out even more attractions.”
