“There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

“This property was a small, converted apt bldg. Lsrger and more comfy than most hotel suites, balcony, full kitchen with laundry, and two tv's...much like home. Well done. Nothing glitzy, super fancy, but clean and very comfy...everything in good working order. A little noisy outside, but I slept soundly, so not too intrusive...0would stay there again. Perfect for extended stays”

“We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again.”
