We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "The property was beautiful! There were a bunch of sitting areas throughout the property. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town. It is up a hill, but still not horrible. You do get partial access to seeing the balloons, but even if the wind isn’t in your favor that day, guests have access to the Sultan hotel rooftop, which is next door. The breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are amazing. They made the experience memorable. You were able to stay in touch with them on WhatsApp, which was also extremely helpful. They helped book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the hotel. "
