"I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! "I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

"The house was just what we needed, it had a lot of space and the setup was great. Well stocked and in a great location! There was one issue that popped up with the house before we checked in, but the host communicated well and worked to make it right. We'd definitely stay again."

"I stayed over Thanksgiving holiday to celebrate with my daughter attending school in Boston. The house was pristine, has a well stocked kitchen, thoughtfully decorated, conveniently located and Chadd was a terrific host! I will definitely stay here again, highly recommend the home!"
