「Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light.. 1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more.... Provided pots &...

「Staff was really friendly , facility was clean, and Location was near to waseda station.」

「Nice and tiny rooms. Very clean and everything available for a night sleeps and nothing more. 7 when store and restaurant within walking distance」

「We loved the property! It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, there is a bus stop right outside and another bus stop about 5 minutes away. 7/11 is almost right beside here. We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. Everything we needed was here. 2 toilets and enough room for everyone to get ready for the day comfortably. We talked about it as we were leaving and said next time in Tokyo we would...

「Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple! The host has amazing communication, both prior too and during my stay (was very clear on what to expect on arrival, provided clear instructions of any rules/processes required). I’d say the host went above and beyond for the cleaning process (as where I live we only use one bin for mostly...
