「House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there! 」

「Bird Cottage was just big enough and the hosts are very personable. No complaints whatsoever.」

「The house was wonderful. The beds were soft, rooms were cool to sleep in. Everything was provided pots pans dishes cups toaster coffee pot. We enjoyed it very much.」

「We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!」
