“Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. “We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.”

“Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl und der outdoor Pool ist der Hammer. Man läuft um die 5 min zur Gornergratbahn, was mit Skiern in der Hand echt voll in Ordnung ist. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, war der Eingang zum Zimmer da man erst in den „Keller“ musste. Ansonsten würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen ”
